Celebrate NJ! is pleased to bring you the 2009 Edition of the New Jersey Scoop, a newspaper about New Jersey by New Jersey’s own 4th grade students.

Over 11,000 students were part of the Celebrate NJ! 2009 program and judges selected 300 of their articles to be part of this online newspaper.

The paper is organized by editorial sections, and we’ve only included those articles where we had permission from parents to use photos and names.
